If you're not receiving messages and would like to opt in:

  • Contact your or your child's school's main office to update your email address in Aspen.
    

• 电话: Call the support hotline at 855-502-7867 from the phone line you'd like to receive calls on.

  • 紧急消息的文本START到54968。
    

• If you're still having trouble receiving messages:

  • Contact your child's school's main office if your information is inaccurate or you'd like to update your preferences.
