Okay, here is a definately important tip that everyone that writes should heed. Let me see if I can make this simple for you, edit , edit, edit, and edit again. I thought for sure my book was fully edited, then I had it out beiing reviewed, boy did I get a suprise. (Make sure you get all your editting done before you go to print. ) Or you will end up like me. I just had to pay a substantial amount to have my book edited post production. This is a totally preventable situation, that I had no knowledge of when I had my book printed.
I am not sorry that I had it re-edited. I am a little miffed it needed it and my publisher did not stress the importance of having beta readers and editors go over it, but, hey we all live and learn. I will know better next time. This book is now done AGAIN! It was sent it for 168 editorial changes. Ouch. So please, don't do what I did. Be smarter than me. If you have been following this blog, you should not make any mistakes when you put your book out, because I think I have made them all. Just consider this a book
